Distressed Vintage Couture Defective Items & Lost Orders Policy

 

If you have received a defective item, please contact our Customer Care team at customer@distressedvintagedesigns.com within 3 days of receiving your order to report the issue. Items reported after this timeframe will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. Please include a clear photo of the damage or defect in your email.

We provide reimbursement solely through Distressed Vintage Couture Gift Card credit for defective or lost items.

If the items you ordered are still available, we will gladly send a replacement.

 

We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care, handling, or incorrect sizing. Additionally, due to variations in photography, lighting, and screen resolution, colors may appear slightly different, and patterns may vary. These differences are not considered defects.
